An egress window is a structural cut that needs a permit and inspection; drainage work inside the foundation generally needs a plumbing inspection for the sump. We handle both.

Is a foundation crack serious?
Hairline shrinkage cracks are common and sealable. Horizontal cracks or bowing walls are structural and need reinforcement. We tell you which you have.
How long does the work take?
Two to five days on site for most drainage and egress jobs.
Do you guarantee the basement stays dry?
We stand behind our work and tell you what each system does and does not cover. Grading and gutters outside still matter, and we point out what to fix there.
