These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by SC2 Contracting LLC (“SC2 Contracting”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the site; you can still call us.

They cover the website only. Remodeling, construction and property work is governed by the written contract or quote for that project. If anything here conflicts with a signed contract, the contract wins.

Everything on this site about services, timelines, materials, permits and what affects price is general information from our experience in St. Charles County and West St. Louis County. It is not an estimate for your home and it is not an offer.

• A request for a quote through the site is just that, a request. It creates no obligation on either side.
• A price is a price only when it is on a written quote from SC2 Contracting, and that quote is valid for the period stated on it. Quotes follow a walkthrough; we do not price work sight unseen.
• Permit, inspection and code statements reflect the jurisdictions we work in at the date on this page. Cities and counties change their rules; the authority having jurisdiction on your project decides.
• Statements about being licensed and insured describe SC2 Contracting. Our electrical partner carries its own licences and insurance.

When you send a form, call or text, you agree that the information is accurate and yours to give, and that we may contact you about it by phone, text or email as described in our privacy policy. We try to respond within one business day, but a form submission does not guarantee a response time, a walkthrough date or that we will take the project.

Do not use the forms to send anything unlawful, abusive or unrelated to home improvement or property, or to test, scrape or overload the site.

The project photos on this site are of work performed by SC2 Contracting, taken by us, and are our property. The SC2 Contracting name and logo are our marks. The text and design of the site belong to us or to the agency that built it for us.

You may view, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial reasons, including sending a page to a family member or a lender. You may not reuse our photos, copy the site, or present our work as your own without written permission. Ask: we usually say yes to reasonable requests.

Customer reviews shown on the site are reproduced from Google and Facebook as the customers wrote them and remain their words and those platforms' content.

First Choice Electric is a separate, independently owned and licensed company that performs the electrical work on many of our projects. Links to fcepro.com and references to their licences, ratings and service area are provided as information; their work is contracted under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their site or services.

Links to Google, Facebook, Instagram, manufacturers, municipalities and other sites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The SC2 Properties page describes a separate activity: buying, renovating and renting homes. Sending property details is an enquiry, not an offer or a listing agreement. Any purchase, referral fee or other arrangement exists only when it is set out in a signed written agreement.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the general information on it suits your project. Warranties on work we perform are stated in the project contract, not here.

To the fullest extent Missouri law allows, SC2 Contracting and the people who build and run this site are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your reliance on general information published on it, and our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits our responsibility under a signed project contract.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. If a disagreement about the website arises, call us first and we will try to sort it out. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts serving St. Charles County, Missouri, and you agree to that venue.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
